Spiritual Detox Mini-Workshops
We live in a toxic world which prevents us from being the best we can be.
These toxins occur on all levels: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual; and prevent us from expanding our consciousness and living in our truth.
By working to clear toxins we can function better and feel more fulfilled.
Using colour therapy and visualisation, we will clear these toxins from the energy field thus allowing you to improve your spiritual connection.
The workshops are designed for groups of six to twelve people and take about three hours.
