Priorities
Sort out the most important thing and
everything else falls into place.
As
kinesiologists we work with priorities. This means that we find,
using muscle-monitoring, the most relevent balancing techniques to use
to effect the most change and thus balance. It is like knocking
over the first domino and then all the others fall; by correcting the
highest priority imbalance, all the other imbalances rebalance
themselves without outside intervention. Again, we are activating
the bodies own capacity for self-healing. This allows for the
most efficient balancing in a time-appropriate manner for the
body. No-one can deal with every stressor and all issues at once,
our
bodies can only tolerate so much change at one time and we must allow
time for re-adjustment and re-evaluation.
The
principle of priorities is based on
the idea of “minimal intervention for
maximum effect.”
